Matthew Davis is the Clinical Director at Riverview Psychiatric Center, one of Maine’s two state psychiatric hospitals. He has been in this position since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH.  Dr. Davis  completed his training in adult psychiatry at the Cambridge Health Alliance/Harvard Medical School, where he served as Chief Resident on the Ambulatory Community Service. He is a 2008 graduate of the University of Rochester School of Medicine where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society.

Sarah Powers is entering her PGY 3 year as a General Psychiatry Resident at Maine Medical Center. She is a native Mainer and returned to Portland for residency training after attending Harvard Medical School.
